Welcome to RENEW RESET (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and home organization services.

By booking services or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

RENEW RESET provides professional home organization, decluttering, and related consulting services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.

A deposit of 30% of the estimated quote may be required to secure your appointment.

• Payment is due [at the completion of service / same day / within X days] depending on the agreed upon signed agreement. 
• Accepted payment methods: cash or check
• Late payments may incur a fee of 15% of the agreed upon project amount.
   

Failure to pay may result in cancellation of future appointments and/or collection action.

We understand that plans change.

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the appointment will not incur a fee.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours may result in a cancellation fee of 25% of the agreed upon project amount.
• Same-day cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposit.
   

If RENEW RESET must reschedule due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule promptly.

To ensure a productive session, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information regarding the space and project scope 
• Ensure safe and reasonable working conditions
• Remove hazardous materials prior to service
• Be present (or provide access) during the scheduled service time
   

RESET RENEW reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.

While we take great care when handling your belongings:

• RESET RENEW is not responsible for pre-existing damage.
• We are not liable for damage resulting from structural issues, improper installations, or normal wear and tear.
• Clients are responsible for decisions regarding the disposal or donation of items.
   

Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the services provided.

We strive to create organized & functional spaces. However:

• Results depend on client participation and maintenance.
• We do not guarantee long-term outcomes if systems are not maintained.
   

With client consent, we may take before-and-after photographs for portfolio and marketing purposes.

• No identifying personal information will be shared without written permission.
• Clients may opt out of photography at any time.
   

All website content, branding, logos, and materials provided by RESET RENEW are the property of the Company and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems 
• Interfere with website functionality
   

We reserve the right to restrict access to anyone who violates these terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RESET RENEW from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or website.

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather events, government actions, or emergencies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date at the top of the page.
